Full Terms of Service:

This is an online program offered by Chris M. Lyon, which means that we will provide you with tools (courses and content), customer support (to access your course successfully), access to monthly Member group coaching calls. Chris’ content is for education only, and should not take the place of your mental health or clinical professional. Chris and other members may offer suggestions based upon personal and professional experience and research, but Chris and other members do not provide diagnosis or treatment advice. We cannot guarantee any results. Your results depend on a number of factors and we hope that our education will help you in your personal work. When you sign up for the membership, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chris M. Lyon, LLC, it's partners and affiliates from and against any and all demands, claims, suits, causes of action, bodily injuries, property damages, losses, penalties, and/or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or resulting from any and all actions, accidents and events caused by or incurred by you.

Membership and Cancellation Policy: Your 7-day trial requires registration with a valid payment method. No fee will be charged during the trial term. Once the trial term ends, your chosen payment method will be debited at the applicable amount for your chosen level of subscription unless you cancel not less than 24 hours before the end of your trial period. Your subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of each subscription cycle, and your chosen payment method will be debited at the applicable rate. To avoid automatic renewal, cancel at least 48 hours before the end of the subscription cycle.

Group etiquette:

For everyone’s safety and support, we require everyone who enters into communication in this membership (emails, Zoom calls, social media) to be courteous, and refrain from comments/behaviors that are divisive, threatening, or demeaning to others. Please don’t discuss politics and It’s OK to mention one’s religion (or lack of it), but we ask that there be no proselytizing or pushing on others. The focus is on Chris’ education, but if applicable, you may refer to outside approaches to health, healing, and CPTSD treatment, but we ask that you not promote or “push” them on others, nor criticize others’ approaches. It’s OK to mention to others that you have a thought/suggestion for them, but wait until they accept your offer to tell them about it.

Abuse policy:

Abuse is defined as name-calling, making threats (physical, social or professional); intentionally disclosing private information or attempting to harm the reputation of others; harassment (calls or e-mails to someone who has explicitly said not to contact them); or discussing matters that are (at our discretion) deemed to be too private, too vulgar, hostile or divisive for our membership community. For the sake of the group members and the team, we reserve the right to remove individuals from courses, calls, online groups, and our mail list at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to successfully resolve any problems with our clients, but please know that abusive behavior will always result in removal.

 

Privacy policy:

We will not share your personal information – contact info or information you share within the membership community. If you unsubscribe, you will be removed from our email list.
